Life Coach Information
01.23.09
I became a life coach to help people develop the confidence to be whatever they want to be. I believe what makes me good at life coaching are my abilities to empathise deeply with you, my curiosity to find out what really drives you and my strongly held belief that everyone has the potential to lead their ideal life.
Based in London, I offer one-to-one life, business and career coaching to people who feel stuck, unsatisfied or totally lost as to how to achieve their dreams. Together we bridge the gap between thinking about what you want to be and getting there.
My background
Before becoming a life coach I worked for the BBC, specialising in research and Leadership. Whilst in business I developed a good understanding of how change affects people, even when that change is self-induced. This background helps me appreciate the issues people face at work, how hard it is to juggle different priorities and the importance of learning from mistakes and measuring success.
My life coach training
I gained my life coach training with Performance Consultants and The Coaches Training Institute, CTI (using the Co-Active Coaching model). I'm not a member of the International Coaching Federation.
